Cambodia School Project

Supporting rural and needy schools, we provide uniforms, stationeries and monthly allowances, electrical connection and refurbished computers. So far we have supported four schools in Banteay Meanchey. With your kind support, we have a good chance to keep more children in school longer. This is one of the best way to alleviate poverty.

Cambodia Sanitary Pad

Designed by our friends Ruby Song and Florence Chan, these sanitary pads are made of cotton and can be easily sewn, washed and re-used. It offers significant improvements to ladies' health, saves money and help tremendously the environment by reducing the disposable plastic version. Launched in Aug 2017, we have reached 300 ladies and girls in three provinces. With your generosity we hope to reach more ladies, especially the needy and those living in the remote floating villages.

Traditional Music and Dance classes

By providing music and dance classes, we open opportunities for poor students to express their creativities. This also gives employment opportunities to teachers who can pass their skills and knowledge, thus keeping alive thousands of years of Khmer tradition. With your donations, we will be able to purchase the necessary equipments and customes. When the students graduate we will arrange performances at various locations so the classes could one day be self-sustained.

English Classes

English is now the language which many visitors to Cambodia understand. By learning English, a person have an option to later become a tour guide. We will provide the facilities at our homestay to conduct regular free classes. We need cash donations to engage full time teacher(s) and buy appropriate stationeries for interested local needy students.

Computer Classes

With the IT age, it is important that we equip poor Cambodians with opportunities to learn how to use computer. We will provide facilities at our homestay(s) but need support for computers and funding to hire teachers. A computer literate person will have many job opportunities, alleviating one person from the poverty zone.
